Role Overview We are seeking a Performance Marketer to independently own and drive paid media outcomes for our international e-commerce and service-based clients. You will manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end from strategy and setup through daily optimization and reporting
- while integrating AI tools to work smarter and faster. This is a remote, individual-contributor role for a professional who can operate with minimal supervision. Roles and Responsibilities ● Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for international e-commerce and service-based clients. ● Develop and refine paid advertising strategies with a clear focus on ROI and profitability. ● Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, ad copy creation, audience targeting and bid optimization. ● Execute and monitor Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns on a daily basis. ● Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering explicit weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations. ● Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion performance. ● Set up and manage tracking, conversions, remarketing,



and attribution models in coordination with the tech/analytics team. ● Apply AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude AI, Chat GPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve campaign setup, analysis, reporting, and optimization efficiency. Must-Have Requirements ● Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, backed by proven performance results. ● Demonstrated experience with international e-commerce and service-based projects. ● Sound understanding of AI tools for ad creation, workflow support, reporting and optimization. ● Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite and performance tracking. ● Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ● Willingness to work remotely using a personal device. Pay: ₹40,000.00
