Job description
- Prepare detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
- Review architectural and approved drawings to ensure technical accuracy and production feasibility.
- Prepare detailed drawings for complex or technically challenging aluminium frame designs.
- Delegate routine drawing preparation to design assistants and review their work for accuracy.
- Finalise glass measurements based on approved drawings and final site measurements.
- Prepare and verify glass cutting lists.
- Ensure glass specifications, dimensions, thicknesses and configurations are accurately verified before ordering.
