- 58 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development
- Good Expertise with Pega Infinity 23 or above.
- Strong understanding of Pega class structure, case lifecycle, data modeling, and rule resolution
- Experience with Pega integrations including REST, SOAP, JMS, File Listener, Connectors, and Services
- Proficiency in Pega UI/UX development, including Sections, Harnesses, Layouts, and Skins
- Knowledge of Decision Tables, Decision Trees, When Rules, and Declarative Rules
- Familiarity with Pega security models, including Access Groups, Roles, Privileges, and Access Control Policies
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps practices for Pega application delivery
- Experience with SQL/database concepts and basic Java/JavaScript for custom functionality
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills
