TaskNera is looking for a skilled and result-oriented IT Project Lead to manage and coordinate a team of four Full Stack Developers. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, managing day-to-day development activities, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge and project management skills, with a valuable understanding of React.js, Node.js, APIs, databases, and Git. The candidate will plan and allocate tasks, monitor development progress, manage project timelines, identify and resolve blockers, and ensure quality documentation, testing, and deployment. The IT Project Lead will also act as a bridge between developers, clients, and management, providing regular project updates and ensuring that internal products and client projects are delivered efficiently and successfully. We are looking for someone with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills who can take ownership of projects and drive the development team towards successful delivery.
