Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for Inspection, Handling & calibration of lab instruments
- Maintaining documentation related to QC procedures & Instruments
- Basic knowledge of Liquid ink RM ( Raw material ), PM ( Packing material ) & FG ( Finished goods) sampling & testing procedures
- Responsible for in process/Final inspection & keeping records of inspection
- Analysis of process abnormality/Customer complains
- Ready to work in shifts.
- Maintaining ISO documentation(QMS, EMS & OH&SMS;)
- Responsible to maintain 5S in QC lab during work & after completion of work and provide KAIZEN for process improvement
- Co-Ordination with Technical, Production, Purchase & Store team related to any current raw material, new product or Process Change implementation
- Managing shift operations of QC Liquid ink Preferred candidate profile
- Proficiency in Power Point, MS Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001,
ISO 45001 documentation.
- Fluency in English (Ability to read, write and understand language) Perks and benefits
