### Job Purpose To assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy by supporting medicine dispensing, stock management, billing, and customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance with pharmacy procedures. ### Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in dispensing medicines and other pharmacy products as per prescriptions and under the supervision of the registered pharmacist.
- Support pharmacy billing and ensure accurate entry of medicines and quantities.
- Arrange, label, and maintain medicines systematically.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Pharmacy In-charge about low-stock items.
- Check expiry dates regularly and maintain proper records of expired and damaged medicines.
- Assist in receiving, verifying, and storing medicines purchased from suppliers.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy.
- Handle patient and customer enquiries politely and provide necessary assistance.
- Support daily stock verification and inventory management.
- Follow hospital policies, pharmacy procedures, and applicable legal requirements.
