Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and target-driven Store Sales Manager to lead our Simple Energy showroom in Aluva. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with 2–5 years of experience in the two-wheeler or automobile industry, solid leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Achieve monthly booking, retail, and revenue targets.
- Develop sales strategies to improve showroom performance.
- Monitor leads, customer follow-ups, conversions, and daily sales.
- Train and guide sales executives to achieve individual targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve sales-related issues.
- Build strong customer relationships and expand local market presence.
- Maintain daily sales reports and showroom performance. Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales.




- Previous experience in a Sales Manager / Store Manager / Team Leader role preferred.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Energetic, passionate, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of sales achievement.
