Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Insights & Analytics Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead data analysis, business intelligence, and executive-level insight generation within Specialty Pharma Patient Services. Key Responsibilities
- Data Engineering & Modeling: Write advanced, performant SQL queries to build, transform, and maintain enterprise datasets (e.g., Snowflake, redshift) supporting patient journey, WIP, and hub performance analytics.
- Executive Storytelling & Visuals: Translate complex data sets into clear executive-ready dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and board-level presentations, framing metrics into actionable strategic narrative.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Partner closely with internal stakeholders and patient services leadership to capture core business questions, define KPI taxonomies, and build functional business requirements.
- Specialty Patient Services Insights: Analyze critical operational metrics—including Time-to-First-Fill (TTFF), Triage cycle times, PA rejection/appeal trends, and Bridge/Voucher conversion rates—to drive program optimization.
- Data Governance & Quality Control: Perform end-to-end data validation and source-to-target reconciliation to ensure absolute accuracy and integrity across all downstream executive reporting layers. #### Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics within Specialty Pharma Patient Services or Hub Operations.
