Freshers / Candidates with relevant experience may apply Training: On-the-Job Training (OJT) on the shop floor Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Trainee Engineer to join our Production / Manufacturing team. The candidate will receive practical, on-the-job training in manufacturing processes, machine setting and handling, production planning, quality requirements, and customer-specific requirements. The ideal candidate should have a willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively on the shop floor to achieve production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand manufacturing processes such as Turning, Threading, Forging, and Heat Treatment.
- Undergo practical On-the-Job Training (OJT) on the shop floor.
- Learn machine setting, machine handling, and basic troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors.
- Assist in daily production planning, monitoring, and execution as per the production schedule.
- Understand customer requirements, product specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Identify production-related problems and learn to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production output, rejection, and process performance.
- Maintain production records, reports, and other relevant documentation.




- Use MS Excel and MS Word for production data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Follow workplace safety rules, 5S practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Complete assigned training modules and practical assessments within the specified timeline. Required Skills and Competencies:
- Diploma / B.
E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Turning, Threading, Forging, and Heat Treatment processes.
- Willingness to learn machine setting, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, measurements, and quality requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and a proactive approach to learning.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and meet production requirements. Training and Incentive:
