WE ARE HIRINGHUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE – HOSPITAL RECRUITMENT SHREE RAM SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL, JALANDHAR We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and experienced HR Executive with specialization in hospital recruitment and staffing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospital staff.
- Handle recruitment of Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, RMO, Paramedical and Administrative Staff.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Manage job postings, candidate follow-ups and interview scheduling.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee databases.
- Handle joining formalities, documentation and onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments to fulfil manpower requirements. Candidate

Requirements:





- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or MBA (HR).
- Previous experience in hospital recruitment preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Naukri, job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and urgent manpower requirements.

Experience:
1–3 Years (Hospital HR experience preferred)
