Airoli, Navi Mumbai Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive frontline and volume hiring, with robust expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end frontline and volume hiring for RCM operations.
- Drive recruitment strategies to meet business hiring targets and timelines.
- Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Drive sourcing strategies, walk-in drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Monitor hiring metrics, recruiter productivity, and joining ratios.
- Ensure quality hiring and timely fulfilment of manpower requirements. Desired Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in RCM hiring is mandatory.
- Strong experience in frontline and bulk hiring.
- Experience in BPO/KPO or healthcare operations hiring preferred.
- Proven team management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and delivery.
