Role & responsibilities
- Execute civil and structural works as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with MEP, HVAC and medical gas teams
- Supervise contractors, monitor quality and ensure safety compliance
- Handle measurements, billing and material planning
- Manage snagging, inspections and handover Preferred candidate profile
- 7-10 years in civil construction, with a minimum of 3 years in hospital projects
- Knowledge of healthcare building requirements and MEP coordination
- Solid contractor management and documentation skills
- Not suitable for candidates without hospital project experience
