Role & responsibilities Must have minimum 5-10 years of experience in Global Payroll. APAC/ EMEA/ LATAM Region
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliance.
- Administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management in line with policy guidelines.
- Ensure payroll and benefits operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and advantages-related queries and ensure smooth process execution.
- Provide guidance to employees on payroll and benefits policies, addressing routine and escalated queries.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry practices impacting payroll and benefits administration. Qualifications Bachelors
