* Drive financial governance, statutory compliance, and business partnering functions.
* Ensure robust financial controls, transparent reporting, and sustainable value creation.
* Support growth across engineering, manufacturing, and technology-driven businesses. Core Responsibilities
* Lead accounting operations including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
* Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Indian GAAP, statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Manage audits, taxation, transfer pricing, statutory filings, and financial statements.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cashflow management.
* Provide finance support for contracts, capex proposals, and long-term projects.
* Drive process automation, efficiency improvements, and governance initiatives.
* Partner with operational teams and leadership for business decision support.
* Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams. Education & Experience CA / ICWA / CIMA with 6–8 years corporate experience OR CA Inter / MBA Finance with 12+ years relevant experience
