Urgent Immediate Joiner Required Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of relevant experience in battery pack design, electrical/electronics design, or related engineering roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Lithium-ion battery packs, preferably cylindrical cells.
• Good understanding of battery pack architecture and BMS fundamentals.
• Experience with electrical schematics, BOMs, drawings, and hardware documentation.
• Hands-on exposure to testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Positive analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideal Candidate Profile (ICP)
• Hands-on experience in battery pack / battery hardware design.
• Experience with Lithium-ion cylindrical cells.
• Exposure to EV, battery manufacturing, energy storage, aerospace, or defence industries.
• Strong practical approach to hardware development and testing.
• Candidates from Tier-1 engineering colleges preferred Candidates from EV manufacturers, battery manufacturers, energy-storage companies, aerospace, defence, or related product engineering companies with relevant hands-on battery pack design experience are preferred
