- Experience Range: 10 15 Years Role Summary You will guide the Data & Digital Asset Governance Technology team, leading engineers who use full-stack development, AI-assisted engineering practices, and the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform to create practical governance solutions. You will play a key role in making data and digital assets easier to find, understand, trust, and manage while balancing innovation, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements
- 10 15 years of experience in Technology Engineering, Data Platforms, or Governance Technology, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale technology teams.
- Strong expertise in Data Governance,



Metadata Management, and Governance Workflows.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience architecting or building workflows in Collibra.
- Experience with Full Stack technologies, Cloud platforms, AI-enabled development, and modern engineering practices.
- Strong understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance-driven technology environments.
- Solid stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
- Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Asset Management strongly preferred.
- Stable career history and strong academic background from Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes preferred.
