Working Hours
5 hours per day (10 hours per weekend) About Brain Neti Brain Neti is a learning and awareness initiative focused on bridging the parent-child gap, promoting emotional well-being, and creating awareness around children's mental health and development. We aim to encourage early intervention, emotional understanding, and healthier parent-child relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct counselling sessions with children, adolescents, and parents, as appropriate to your qualifications and experience.
- Understand and assess emotional, behavioural, social, and psychological concerns.
- Provide age-appropriate emotional support and guidance.
- Help parents understand children's behavioural patterns and emotional needs.
- Support parent-child communication and relationship building.
- Maintain confidentiality and appropriate session documentation.
- Identify cases requiring specialised clinical intervention and provide suitable referrals.




- Follow ethical counselling practices and professional boundaries.
- Participate in awareness initiatives and parent engagement programmes. Eligibility & Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Relevant counselling experience will be preferred.
- Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and responsible approach towards children and families.
- Understanding of child and adolescent development.
- Ability to conduct online and/or offline counselling sessions, as required.
- Adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality, and safeguarding practices.
