Job Title: Lead Recruiter – US IT Recruitment We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to oversee end-to-end US IT recruitment while guiding a team of recruiters. The role involves managing hiring priorities, delivering qualified candidates, partnering with clients and hiring managers, and driving successful placements across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining follow-up.
- Lead, mentor, and support recruiters to achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
- Allocate requirements based on client priorities, recruiter expertise, and workload.
- Partner with account managers, hiring managers, and clients to understand technical requirements, hiring expectations, and delivery timelines.
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for technical knowledge, relevant project experience, communication skills, work authorization, availability, location preferences, and compensation expectations.
- Review candidate profiles before submission to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.




- Handle difficult-to-fill technical positions and support the team with sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and rate negotiations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system and applicable client portals.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare performance reports, identify bottlenecks, and improve submission quality and hiring turnaround times.foundit+2 Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, with demonstrated team leadership or mentoring experience.
- Solid understanding of US staffing arrangements, including W-2, C2C, and 1099, along with relevant work authorization requirements.
- Experience recruiting across technical domains such as software development, cloud, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, data engineering, and DevOps.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining candidate quality and meeting recruitment targets. Pay: ₹60,000.00
- ₹65,000.00 per month
