About the Role
Welkin Global Academy is looking for experienced and knowledgeable Academic Coaches to provide academic guidance and technical training to B.
Tech students pursuing Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML). The selected coaches will help students understand university-level concepts, strengthen their programming skills, prepare for semester examinations, complete laboratory assignments and develop practical technical competencies. The training will broadly follow the R25 B.
Tech (AI & ML) curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured coaching sessions online aligned with the prescribed B.
Tech curriculum.
- Explain theoretical concepts using practical examples and real-world applications.
- Conduct programming sessions, coding exercises and hands-on laboratory training.
- Help students understand difficult concepts, solve numerical problems and work through assignments.
- Prepare students for internal assessments, semester examinations, practical examinations and viva voce.
- Guide students through mini-projects, practical implementations and technical assignments.
- Assess student progress through periodic tests, coding exercises and assignments.
- Provide individual attention and additional academic support to students who require it.
- Maintain session records, attendance and student progress reports.
- Develop or recommend learning materials, practice questions and supplementary resources. Subject Areas We are looking for coaches with expertise in one or more of the following areas: A.

- Relevant teaching, academic coaching or industry experience.
- Strong conceptual understanding of the subjects being offered.
- Practical experience in programming, coding and technical implementations.
- Ability to simplify complex engineering concepts for undergraduate students.
- Positive communication and classroom management skills. Candidates with relevant industry experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply. Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5 years of teaching, mentoring or relevant industry experience.
- Experience teaching B.
Tech students or working with engineering curricula.
- Familiarity with JNTUH academic requirements and examination patterns.
- Experience handling practical labs, assignments and project mentoring. Engagement and Remuneration
- Contractual, hourly-based engagement.
- Coaches may take up one or multiple subjects depending on their expertise.
- Class schedules will be mutually agreed upon based on student requirements and coach availability.
- Remuneration will be paid on an hourly basis, depending on subject complexity, qualifications and relevant experience.
- Initial engagement will be on a batch or subject basis, with the possibility of continued association based on performance and student requirements. Pay: ₹10,000.00
- ₹48,000.00 per month
