Video Editor (Full-Time, On-site) Life Adve | Nagpur, Maharashtra About Life Adve Life Adve is a mental and emotional wellbeing brand built around nature, activity and experiential learning. We create short-form content for Instagram and LinkedIn, and we’re building an in-house team at our Nagpur office. We’re looking for a skilled video editor to be a core part of it. What you’ll do Edit raw footage into reels and short-form videos that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds and keep them watching Add music, sound effects, transitions and text animation Place captions and subtitles cleanly, with good pacing Work closely with our social media strategist, taking scripts and creative direction and turning them into finished videos Manage multiple projects and deliver on time Support shoots when needed, in our in-office studio and on location What we’re looking for 1-3 years of hands-on video editing experience, short-form preferred Strong command of pacing, cuts,



sound design and caption timing A clear sense of what keeps viewers watching Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects and CapCut Strong communication skills, so you can understand a brief, ask the right questions and share ideas with the strategist Reliable, organised and valuable with deadlines A portfolio of your editing work Bonus if you also have Videography

skills:
camera angles, framing, composition and lighting (studio and natural light) Basic motion graphics and text animation Colour correction basics Typography sense Awareness of current Instagram trends Comfort with feedback and quick revisions Outdoor or adventure shooting experience
