JOB DESCRIPTION
Eazyfares is looking for dynamic and target-driven Travel Sales Consultants with a minimum of 2 years of experience in international travel sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, hands-on experience with the Meta Chat Process, and a strong understanding of international flight bookings for the US and Canadian markets. We are looking for individuals who can engage customers, convert enquiries into bookings and consistently achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle international flight booking enquiries for the USA and Canada markets through the Meta Chat Process.
- Engage with customers through live chat and convert potential leads into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable flight options.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of international routes, airlines, fares and travel itineraries.
- Effectively handle customer objections, negotiate and close sales.
- Follow up with potential customers and maximise lead conversion opportunities.
- Maintain excellent response time, chat quality and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual sales targets,



revenue goals and performance KPIs.
- Provide a seamless and hassle-free booking experience to customers. REQUIRED SKILLS &

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in international travel sales.
- Prior experience in the Meta Chat Process is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer engagement, convincing and sales-closing abilities.
- Understanding of US and Canada travel markets and international flight bookings.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or other GDS platforms will be an added advantage.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Robust follow-up, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
