Responsibilities:
Tier 2 Engineer also called as first level of Escalation are encouraged to reduce the number of incidents causing service failures by detecting the root cause of recurrent failures and implementing the accurate changes to eliminate, minimize the possibility of further failures or minimizing the impact of incidents. ##

NA ## Skill Requirements Skill Requirement : Unified CUCM, Expressway, CUBE, IP Phones, Jabber And IM & Presence, UCS, Vmware IP Communications Signaling & Media Protocols, Session Initiation Protocol (Sip), H.323, Xml, Http, Restful Apis And Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP), Experience With: SBCs, PRI, CAS And Other Voice TDM Technologies Expertise In: CUCM Trace Reading, GW Debugs Emerging Technologies: Cloud Technologies/Automation skills ## Must Have Skill Cisco Unified Communications ## Valuable to Have Skill ## Other Requirements Other Requirement : ITIL Foundation & CCNP/CCIE Voice Or Collab Certification
