Key Responsibilities
& Capabilities
- Payroll Integration Focus: In-depth technical experience with PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Interface Change Order Format).
- End-to-End Delivery: Proven capability to lead integration projects independently, design architectures, and drive execution from discovery to deployment.
- Client Engagement: Confident leadership skills to independently run projects,
manage client expectations, and lead technical workshops directly with stakeholders.
- HCM Domain Expertise: Strong foundational and functional knowledge of Workday HCM . ⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Certifications (Integration / HCM Core) are a solid advantage. ?
