Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Interior Fit-Out Projects Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer to manage and supervise office interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have positive knowledge of site execution, construction activities, interior finishing works, labour management and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and understand project drawings, specifications and work schedules.
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Supervise site workers, subcontractors, materials and ongoing construction work.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors and project managers.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries and site availability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and identify defects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Track project progress, expenses and material usage.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and execution challenges.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates and project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as scheduled. Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Experience in office interior fit-out projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and interior finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Strong site supervision, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage labour, subcontractors and site activities independently. Benefits
