Experience:
1–3 Years Job Overview We are looking for a proactive US Non-IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of the US job market and hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for US non-IT roles.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring targets.
- Use multiple recruitment platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely hiring. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices and hiring processes.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Search, Facebook Groups, Craigslist, Reddit, Handshake, Wellfound,



and university career portals.
- Proficiency in Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during US business hours. Work Mode: 100% Remote Employment Type: Part time Working Days: Monday–Friday Shift: US Night Shift (PST/PDT) Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
