Key Responsibilities
1. High-Potential (HiPo) & Successor Development
• Manage structured development programs for high-potential employees and successors across all business functions.
• Support creation of IDPs and monitor & track effectiveness of development interventions through defined talent review processes. 2. Leadership Development
• Manage structured development programs for leadership (N-1/ N-2).
• Support creation of IDPs and monitor & track effectiveness of development interventions through defined talent review processes.
• Collaborate with external institutes, consultants, and learning partners where required. 3. Mentoring & Coaching Programs
• Manage mentoring programs for leadership and identified talent.
• Coordinate executive and leadership coaching interventions.
• Measure program impact and continuously improve mentoring and coaching effectiveness. 4. Development Interventions & Career Development:



Implement talent development interventions including:
• Job Shadowing/ Job Rotations
• Stretch Assignments
• Cross-functional Projects
• Development Centres
• Leadership Accelerator Program 5. Talent Assessment & Development Planning
• Support talent assessment processes using Konverz.ai, MyPLI
• Translate assessment outcomes into actionable development plans.
• Maintain talent development records and monitor progress against agreed development objectives. 6. Role-based Learning Pathways
• Design and establish structured learning pathways to develop technical & functional competencies for all roles across L&T; Renewables, aligned to RBO framework.
• Partner with functional leaders to validate learning pathways and assign pathways to employees.
