Key Responsibilities
– Site In-Charge | NextGen Homes
- Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Ensure quality control, site safety, and construction standards.
- Manage manpower, contractors, and material requirements.
- Monitor work progress, productivity, and material wastage.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and project management.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Identify site hindrances and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure timely project execution within approved budget and specifications Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month Work
