- Analyze manpower deployment and identify reduction opportunities
- Drive:
- Work balancing
- Line optimization
- Multi-skilling
- Improve output per man-hour
- Reduce dependency on highly skilled operators 4. Automation & Digitization
- Identify opportunities for:
- Semi-automation
- Full automation
- Low-cost automation
- Work with Automation / CAPEX teams to:
- Define requirements
- Implement solutions
