responsibilities:
- 1) Follow GMP, GDP, data integrity and Safety principles during work. Ensure the Compliance of Safety principles. 2) Plant Inspection with respect to maintaining safety of man, material & machine. 3) Find out unsafe act/condition & to rectify them 4) Issue all Type of permit I.e. hot work, confined space entry & working at height. 5) Issue & maintain PPEs. 6) Responsible to impart safety related training. 7) Aware about safety related activities to all employees. 8) Check & service firefighting & all other emergency equipment. Check, test & maintain firefighting system. 9) Check, test, maintain & conduct drills for emergency. 10) Carry out investigation of selected accidents and maintain documents related to accident. 11) Responsible to follow all SOPs related to Safety. 12)
Supervise & inspect safety at civil/project site, engineering workshops & other areas. 13) Responsible to up keep the appropriate records and maintain the daily performance records for Safety. 14) Check/inspect critical equipment's with respect to safety. 15) Observe/supervise manufacturing activity, operation, reaction & processes with respect to safety as & when required. Instrument Handling/ Unit Operation: 1. Aware about under rule 103 of the Gujarat Factories Rules, 1963. 2. Aware about under rule 104 of the Gujarat Factories Rules, 1963. 3. Aware about Legal Compliance regarding Safety & Workplace. 4. Fire & safety equipment use.
