Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for various IT roles through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals. Understand
job description
s and identify suitable candidates. Screen resumes and submit relevant profiles. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. Work closely with the internal recruitment team to fulfil hiring requirements.
Support end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to candidate joining. Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment. Good knowledge of technical skills and IT job roles. Experience in candidate sourcing and screening. Strong communication and candidate coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines.
