- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, events, etc.).
- Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track and analyze metrics related to recruitment efforts to continuously improve processes.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruiting.
