NFA No Frills Academy (NFA) (website:nofrillsacademy.com; YouTube:col nehru; Instagram: col nehru) invites applications for the role of Administrative Manager. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills and the ability to multitask.

Location:
Meerut Cantt, Uttar Pradesh. There is no work-from-home option.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote NFA courses, books, and guidance programs. 2. Manage admissions, counselling, interview scheduling, and enquiries via Email, WhatsApp, and Telegram. 3. Handle daily and routine administration, including record maintenance, book dispatch via Amazon and India Post, Student database, Revenue files & GST filing. 4. Coordinate guest lectures, podcasts, student group activities, and joint sessions. 5. Conduct and manage Zoom sessions, Instagram Live, and YouTube Live. 6. Oversee social media branding, content creation, shooting videos, recording, editing, and posting to generate traffic and visibility. 7. Execute SEO-driven digital marketing strategies via website and social media platforms. 8.



Conduct market research on Defence exams (NDA, CDS, AFCAT, SSB). 9. Conduct regular team meetings for marketing strategies and contribute to the revenue generation of the organisation. Key

Skills:
1. Good communication skills. 2. Knowledge of SEO for websites and social media platforms management via stories, posts and reels. 3. Ability to shoot, edit, and enhance high-quality videos using tools such as CapCut, InShot or other similar tools. 4. Proficiency in the use of Canva for designing posters and ads. 5. Skilled in creating engaging content with subtitles, captions, and graphics for narrative building. 6. Experience in conducting live sessions on YouTube, Instagram, and Zoom
