- is the product, and we are building a training academy that runs like Urban Company's or a Taj hotel's. Not for makeup artists, fashion stylists or image consultants for individuals. What you do
- Set and teach the WTF service standard: grooming, uniform, greeting, the member welcome, floor etiquette,



complaint and de-escalation flow.
- Train front desk, trainers, sales and housekeeping across 60+ gyms; mystery audits and retraining.
- Build the grooming and service checklist every gym is scored on. Who fits
- 3-8 years training service staff in hotels (Taj, Marriott, ITC, Hyatt), airlines (cabin or ground), luxury retail, spa/salon chains, QSR or Urban Company.
- You carry the standard yourself and can make a 20-year-old trainer carry it too. Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR
