2–5 Years (Relevant Experience Preferred) Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch activities at our Ductile Iron Pipe Manufacturing Plant. The candidate will coordinate with production, quality, stores, logistics, transporters and customers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities of finished DI pipes and related materials.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and transport documents.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments for material readiness and clearance.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely placement.
- Ensure proper vehicle loading, material identification and quantity verification.
- Monitor vehicle movement and maintain dispatch status reports.
- Coordinate with weighbridge operators for accurate weight recording.
- Maintain dispatch registers,



gate passes and daily dispatch reports.
- Update dispatch details in SAP or ERP systems.
- Coordinate with security, stores and logistics teams for smooth vehicle movement.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records. Required Skills
- Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
- Understanding of e-way bills, invoices and delivery challans.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple dispatch activities. Qualification Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or a relevant discipline. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates from steel plants, iron and steel manufacturing, cement, heavy engineering or other manufacturing industries will be preferred. Pay: ₹19,000.00
