Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Networking: Ability to develop dependable candidate channels and build a sustainable pool of eligible Diploma and ITI candidates. Candidate Counselling: Ability to explain opportunities clearly, understand candidate concerns and maintain engagement without misleading commitments. Planning & Follow-Through: Ability to coordinate interviews,



travel and joining dates while identifying and addressing potential dropouts. Data Accuracy & Confidentiality: Ability to organise, segment and update large candidate databases while protecting personal information. Client & Commercial Awareness: Ability to identify customer opportunities, maintain professional follow-ups and work within approved commercial authority. Problem-Solving & Retention
