Role & responsibilities
- Candidates with Compensation Operations
- Workday Compensation, Salary Administration, Compensation Reporting & Analytics, Compensation Budgeting and Market Pricing & Benchmarking experience.
- Must have at least 2 to 9 Years of experience in Compensation (2 Years of international experience mandatory).
- Knowledge of Compensation end to end administration management and performance management processes
- Mandatory WD / SAP and Success Factor experience. Shift Mandate & Work Mode
- US Shift
- 100% Work from Office, 5 Days working Eligibility & Interview Guidelines
- Freshers are not eligible for this chance.
- Notice period: 30 to a maximum of 60 days.
