Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive Affordable Home Loan business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
- Achieve monthly sales, login, and disbursement targets.
- Lead and manage Branch Managers and sales teams.
- Develop business through DSA, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and generate current business opportunities.
- Monitor branch performance, portfolio quality, and team productivity.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
