Key Responsibilities
- Verify and certify monthly RA bills submitted by contractors and subcontractors.
- Check executed quantities against approved BOQ, GFC drawings and work orders.
- Conduct joint measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
- Verify BOQ rates, quantities, item descriptions and contractual terms.
- Check extra items, deviation statements and variation claims.
- Reconcile previous bills, current bills and cumulative quantities.
- Verify deductions such as retention, advances, material recovery and other contractual recoveries.
- Prepare and verify contractor final bills and settlement statements.
- Monitor billing against approved project budgets and highlight cost deviations.
- Prepare monthly billing MIS and maintain all commercial records. Work
