- Manage IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
- Maintain servers, computers, printers, and network devices.
- Manage user accounts, system security, backups, and data protection.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for maintenance and support.
- Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, email, and other IT systems.
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory records. Qualification: B.
Tech in computer science/ BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT.
Experience:
2–5 years in IT Support Required
Skills:
Networking, Windows, hardware troubleshooting, LAN/WAN, server management, cybersecurity, MS Office, and ERP support.
