What you’ll do
• Call and WhatsApp people who sign up for our workshops, webinars, courses and consultations
• Explain our programs clearly and honestly, and help interested people enrol
• Follow up with people who showed interest but have not joined yet
• Keep a record of every call and its outcome in our sheet or CRM
• Meet daily calling and monthly sales targets
• Share feedback from customers with the team to improve our offers What we’re looking for
• Experience in phone or online sales (edtech, health, insurance, coaching or similar) or a fresher who is confident on the phone
• Fluent, confident spoken Hindi and valuable English
• Comfortable with daily calling targets and follow-ups
• Basic computer
