ജോലി ബാധ്യതകൾ:

1. ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ചുമതലകൾ:

• കമ്പനി വാഹനത്തിൽ സുരക്ഷിതമായി ഡെലിവറി, പിക്കപ്പ്, മറ്റ് ഔദ്യോഗിക യാത്രകൾ നടത്തുക.

• വാഹനത്തിന്റെ വൃത്തിയും പരിപാലനവും ഉറപ്പാക്കുക.

• സാധനങ്ങളുടെ സമയബന്ധിതവും സുരക്ഷിതവുമായ ഗതാഗതം ഉറപ്പാക്കുക.

• നിലവാരമുള്ള ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസ് നിലനിർത്തുകയും ഗതാഗതനിയമങ്ങൾ പാലിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക.

2. വിൽപ്പന സഹായം:

• ഷോപ്പിൽ വന്ന് കസ്റ്റമർമാർക്ക് സേവനം നൽകുന്നതിൽ സഹായിക്കുക.

• ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ചോദ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉത്തരം നൽകുകയും സെയിൽസ് ടീമിന് സഹായം നൽകുകയും ചെയ്യുക.

• ആവശ്യമായപ്പോൾ ബില്ലിംഗ്/പോയിന്റ് ഓഫ് സെൽസ് ഇടപാടുകളിൽ സഹായിക്കുക.

• ഷെൽഫുകൾ പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കുക, ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ നിരത്തുക.

3. സാധനങ്ങൾ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യൽ & ഉരിയുന്ന ജോലികൾ:

• വാഹനത്തിൽ നിന്ന് സാധനങ്ങൾ ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുകയും അൺലോഡ് ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യുക.





• ഭാരമേറിയ ബാഗുകളും പാക്കറ്റുകളും (ഏകദേശം 25-30 കിലോ വരെ) ഉയർത്താനും നീക്കാനും കഴിയണം.

• ഷോപ്പിലും സ്റ്റോറേജിലും സ്റ്റോക്ക് ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിൽ സഹായിക്കുക.

4. ഷോപ്പ് സഹായവും വൃത്തിയാക്കലും:

• ഷോപ്പ് ദിനംപ്രതി തുറക്കാനും അടയ്ക്കാനുമുള്ള ചുമതലയിൽ സഹായിക്കുക.

• ഷോപ്പിന്റെ വൃത്തിയും പരിപാലനവും നടത്തുന്നതിൽ സഹായിക്കുക.

• ഷോപ്പ് എല്ലായ്പ്പോഴും വൃത്തിയായി ക്രമത്തിലായി സൂക്ഷിക്കുക.

5. മറ്റുള്ള ജോലികൾ:

• മറ്റു സ്റ്റാഫുകളെ ദിനംപ്രതി ജോലികളിൽ സഹായിക്കുക.

• ഷോപ്പുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട റണ്ണിംഗ് എറൻഡുകളിൽ പങ്കുചേരുക.

• ഷോപ്പ് സൂപ്പർവൈസറുടെ/മालകന്റെ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ അനുസരിക്കുക.

ജോലി യോഗ്യതകൾ:

• ബാധകമായ ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസ് (LMV അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കമർഷ്യൽ ആവശ്യകത അനുസരിച്ച്).





• ഡ്രൈവിംഗിലോ സെയിൽസിലോ മുൻ അനുഭവം അഭികാമ്യം.

• ഭാരമേറിയ സാധനങ്ങൾ ഉയർത്താനും നീക്കാനും ശാരീരികമായി അനുയോജ്യനായിരിക്കണം.

• അടിസ്ഥാന ആശയവിനിമയ കഴിവുകൾ.

• സത്യസന്ധത, സമയബന്ധിതത്വം, കഠിനാധ്വാനം എന്നിവ അനിവാര്യമാണ്.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Driving Duties:

• Safely drive company vehicle for deliveries, pickups, and other official purposes.

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.

• Ensure timely and protected transportation of goods.

• Maintain a valid driving license and follow all traffic rules.

2. Sales Assistance:

• Assist in serving customers in the shop.

• Help with product inquiries and support the sales team in closing sales.

• Manage point-of-sale transactions if needed.

• Restock shelves and arrange displays as per instructions.

3. Stock Handling & Lifting:

• Load and unload goods from vehicles.

• Lift and move heavy bags/packages (up to [insert approximate weight, e.g., 25-30 kg]).

• Assist with stock arrangement in store and storage area.

4. Shop Support & Cleaning:

• Assist in opening and closing the shop daily.

• Help in daily cleaning and maintenance of shop premises.

• Keep the shop tidy and organized.

5. Miscellaneous Duties:

• Support other staff members in day-to-day activities.

• Run errands related to shop operations when required.

• Follow instructions from shop supervisor/owner.

• Valid driving license (LMV or commercial as per job need).

• Previous experience in sales or driving is preferred.

• Physically fit to lift and move heavy items.

• Basic communication skills.

• Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
