**Job Description:**
Supervise daily factory operations for the manufacturing of advanced zinc-bromine batteries. Ensure production targets, product quality, workplace safety, and efficient utilization of manpower and materials.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise production workers and daily manufacturing activities.
- Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
- Monitor equipment, materials, inventory, and factory housekeeping.
- Enforce safety procedures and manufacturing SOPs.
- Maintain production records and report daily progress to management.
- Train, guide, and evaluate factory workers.
**Qualifications:**
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Production Engineering.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
- Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in battery or chemical manufacturing preferred.
**Salary:** ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications (suggested range).
**Working Hours:** 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour break. Rotational day and night shifts.
