A fast and reliable growing architectural and interior design firm in Trivandrum, is looking for a technical assistant for assisting the principal architect/ engineer. spanning works across commercial and residential projects at Technopark, and across different locations in and around Trivandrum. Need a team player and trust worthy person who can be considered one as part of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and technical support to the main Engineer or Architect.
Complete technical drawings required for projects.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Assist with site coordination tasks.
Assist with designs & support for timely submissions.
Qualifications:
ITI,
Diploma or degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or related.
Proficiency in software like AutoCAD , sketch up, Excel and experience in preparing BOQs.
should be adaptive, hardworking, cooperative, problem solving and a good team player.
should be able to work on flexible timing as per work demand.
MUST have a valid driving license, and a vehicle preferred.
Salary: 10,000/- to 15,000/-, depending on qualification, experience & person. (project incentives and marketing incentives)
