1. Lead the complete patient-specific prosthetics production cycle covering dental and orthopaedic applications. 2. Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control production activities from patient case receipt to final product approval and release. 3. Lead the Biomedical Engineer and Design Engineer teams and allocate cases/projects according to technical complexity, clinical requirements, and production priorities. 4. Establish and maintain standardized workflows for:
- Patient data acquisition
- Medical image processing
- Anatomical reconstruction
- Patient-specific CAD design
- Engineering review
- Design approval
- Manufacturing
- Inspection
- Clinical evaluation
- Modification/rework
- Final production approval
- Product release 5. Ensure that all production activities are performed according to approved SOPs, work instructions, quality procedures, design controls, and applicable regulatory requirements. 6. Review patient
- specific requirements received from dentists, orthopaedic surgeons, clinicians, hospitals, laboratories, and authorized healthcare professionals. 7.



Identify technical limitations, missing information, anatomical constraints, manufacturing constraints, and potential risks before approving the case for design. 8. Convert approved digital designs into controlled manufacturing processes. 9. Determine appropriate manufacturing routes, and post-processing requirements 10. Coordinate with the clinical team whenever clarification or additional patient information is required. 11. Ensure that the final product satisfies the approved clinical prescription, anatomical requirements, dimensional accuracy, fit, function, and aesthetic requirements, as applicable. 12. Updates job knowledge by participating in relevant conferences, workshops, seminars, and reading skilled publications Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
