- Previous experience in assembly operations in an automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, assembly processes, and quality inspection.
- Ability to follow work instructions and meet production targets.
- Positive attention to detail, teamwork, discipline, and safety awareness.
