Experience:
10+ years in manufacturing We are hiring for a client, a leading water and industrial products manufacturer. Must have
- 10+ years in manufacturing, with a background in assembly line and injection molding
- Experience managing multiple departments: purchase, inventory, assembly and quality
- Experience in tracking and reducing scrap
- Robust leadership, follow-up and problem-solving skills Preferred
- Experience in the water industry or industrial products
- Working knowledge of ERP / inventory software
- Exposure to Lean, Kaizen or 5S

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the inventory, purchase, assembly and quality departments
- Hold daily meetings with department managers and follow up on action items until closed
- Escalate issues to the Director where required
- Track scrap across departments and drive reduction
- Oversee assembly line and injection molding operations and resolve production bottlenecks
- Ensure material availability and inventory support the production plan
- Monitor productivity, quality and efficiency, and report regularly
- Maintain a safe working environment and smooth coordination between functions
