Madurai / Project Sites Across Tamil Nadu 1. Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Execute construction work as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Ensure quality of materials and workmanship at every stage of construction.
- Monitor site activities, labour productivity and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, suppliers and project management teams.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC works, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Check reinforcement steel, shuttering, concrete work and other structural activities before execution.
- Monitor material consumption and prevent material wastage.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Check measurements, quantities and material requirements as per BOQ.
- Ensure construction activities are completed within the project schedule.
- Conduct material quality checks and coordinate for necessary material testing.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the technical team for solutions.
- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the construction site.
- Coordinate with clients and provide regular project progress updates.
- Maintain documentation of site activities, labour attendance,



material receipts and work progress. 2. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential or commercial building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Understanding of RCC works, reinforcement detailing, shuttering, concreting and finishing activities.
- Knowledge of construction materials, quality control and testing procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ and billing.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations across Tamil Nadu.
