Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter specialized in sourcing and hiring top-tier Training Professionals for our US recruitment division. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle specifically for trainer profiles.

Key Responsibilities

* Source, screen, and headhunt candidates for US Recruitment Trainer positions.
* Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from initial screening to onboarding.
* Understand the unique skill sets required for training roles in the US recruitment domain.
* Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidates' experience in teaching US recruitment concepts, tax terms, and visa types.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
* Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected trainers.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a US Recruiter, with a successful track record in hiring
* Solid understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and specific training requirements.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
