Industry Best Job Summary The Education Program Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating STEM education programs across 11 different school locations in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The role involves overseeing school operations, managing trainers, monitoring academic activities, and ensuring effective coordination between schools and iSpark. Key Job Responsibilities 1. School Management: Manage and coordinate STEM education programs across 11 different school locations in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. 2. Trainer Management: Coordinate trainers, monitor attendance, performance, work schedules, and ensure effective program delivery. 3. Monthly School Visits: Conduct monthly visits to assigned schools to monitor STEM activities, lab operations, and program implementation. 4. School Coordination: Act as the communication bridge between school management and iSpark Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. 5. CoEMS Software Management: Manage and monitor CoEMS software, ensure regular data updates,



and coordinate with the technical team for software-related requirements. 6. Academy Program Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and coordinate Academy programs, STEM activities, workshops, and training sessions. 7. Reporting: Prepare monthly school visit reports, trainer performance reports, and program progress updates for management. Key Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in school management or education program coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
- Knowledge of STEM education and academic programs.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and software management. Key Objective Ensure the smooth operation and effective implementation of STEM education and Academy programs across all assigned school locations through effective coordination, monitoring, and management. Salary & Perks
