Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
- Coordinate workers and assign tasks according to project requirements.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and CAD files.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with construction specifications.
- Coordinate with site management to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry or a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in construction site management and supervision.
- Ability to read and understand CAD files, construction plans, and technical drawings.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Salary and Benefits
